If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase or you just don't love it, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

Return must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags
still attached. Unfortunately, 

Refunds will only be given if an item is faulty. 

Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law
or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and
handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us
safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a
traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you
have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

your original order number in the subject line.

If you receive an item that is faulty, please email our customer service team at hello@thesaltpalmco.com.au. We will then replace (where possible) or refund your faulty item.
