If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase or you just don't love it, we will gladly offer an exchange, store credit of any full priced item. Refunds are available to our Salt Palm Society members. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

Return must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unused) with all original tags
still attached.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

If you have selected a refund, it will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Please note that your bank may take extra time to process.

To initiate your return, simply email our customer service team at hello@thesaltpalmco.com.au quoting
your original order number in the subject line.

If you receive an item that is faulty, please email our customer service team at hello@thesaltpalmco.com.au. We will then replace (where possible) or refund your faulty item.
